Sneak Greens into Snacks: Hummus with Moringa

We’ve all been there …

A family or work get together is imminent. You’re supposed to bring something to share, but you know you’ll be the only vegan. Hummus is always a winner! It’s easy to throw together in a few minutes and is a proven crowd pleaser with vegans and non-vegans alike.

This recipe is a quick, easy, and delicious way to sneak some greens into a vegan snack favorite. And, it’s OIL FREE!!! The omission of oil makes this recipe naturally low fat, so you can eat the entire batch in one sitting, guilt free.

Green Garlic Hummus with Moringa

1 Can Chickpeas
1/2 C Aquafaba
2 Tbsp tahini
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Woody’s Moringa Superfood Tisane
Salt
Pepper

Blend all ingredients together. If the mixture seems to think, add more aquafaba, one tablespoon at a time. Enjoy with chips, bread, or crudités!
